These tapes are mainly used during vascular procedures to mark the inside and outside of the patients body. Owing to its non-allergic and non-toxic nature, these tapes are used to locate and size up tributaries beneath the skin. Moreover, it can be used for PTA procedures, vena cava filter placement, atherectomy and balloon catheter insertions.
